Account Help

• Forgot your password?
  Request a password reset by clicking the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
• Verification Issues?
  If you didn’t receive the verification email, check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us at support@voteidea.com.
• Account Deletion
  You can delete your account directly in the app. Go to Settings → Delete Account, and follow the steps to confirm deletion.
  • Important: Once initiated, your account will be immediately deactivated, and your data will be purged within 30 days (as displayed in the app). Please ensure you are sure about deleting your account, as this action cannot be undone.

How Voteidea Works

• Surveys: Participate in multiple-choice surveys, and see transparent, aggregated results once the survey is complete. You can skip questions if you prefer not to answer.
• Results: After completing a survey, you will be able to view the aggregated results as percentages for each answer option.

Troubleshooting

If you experience any issues, please try the following steps:

1. Ensure you are using the latest version of the app.
2. Check your network connection and ensure you have a stable internet connection.
3. Restart the app, or if the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the app.
4. If the issue is still unresolved, contact support at support@voteidea.com.

Voteidea respects your privacy. We collect only the necessary data for survey participation, including your name, email, age, physical address (if required for participation, including ZIP code), residency status, and survey responses.
