Welcome to Voteidea. By accessing or using our services, including the Voteidea app and website (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services.

1. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be a U.S. resident (self-declared).
  By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Account Creation

To access the full functionality of the Services, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. User Conduct

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• Engage in any fraudulent activities or misrepresent your identity.
• Attempt to hack, interfere with, or disrupt the Services or the associated servers and networks.

4. Surveys

• Survey Participation: By participating in surveys, you agree to answer all questions truthfully to the best of your ability.
• Survey Data: We collect responses from surveys and display the aggregated results (counts and percentages). Individual responses are kept private and will never be shared with other users.
• Right to Modify Surveys: Voteidea reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any surveys at any time, with or without notice.

5. Data Privacy and Protection

• Data Collection: We collect the necessary information to provide our Services, including your name, email, age, physical address (if required for participation, including ZIP code), residency status, and survey responses. We do not share individual responses or use your data for any other purposes beyond this survey platform. We do share data with third parties, including for analytics and other business purposes. • Account Deletion: You can delete your account directly in the app. Once deleted, your data will be purged within 30 days. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. Account Termination

Voteidea may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your access to the Services will be revoked, and your account will be deactivated.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• No Guarantees: While we strive to provide accurate and meaningful surveys, we make no guarantees regarding the representativeness or accuracy of survey results. All survey data is aggregated for transparency and is not a guarantee of any particular outcome.
• Services Provided "As Is": The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
• Limitation of Liability: Voteidea’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page with an updated "Effective Date." By continuing to use the Services after the updates are posted, you accept the changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
