Research & Methodology Lead (Contract)
We’re seeking a research leader with curiosity, critical thinking, and integrity to help shape how Voteidea listens, measures, and reports what people prioritize. This is a hands-on role focused on question design, methodology, analysis, and clear interpretation—built for trust from day one.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve research methodology for structured question cycles
• Help develop question frameworks that remain neutral, clear, and comparable over time
• Review question wording for clarity, bias risk, and interpretability
• Analyze aggregated results and help translate them into concise reporting
• Support ethical standards and transparent disclosure practices (AAPOR-informed approach)

Qualifications

• Training or experience in sociology, political science, public policy, survey research, or a related field
• Strong grasp of research methods (quantitative and/or qualitative)
• Ability to communicate findings clearly and responsibly
• High integrity and comfort operating in an early-stage environment

Finance & Reporting Lead (Fractional Contract)
We’re seeking a finance leader with strong technical fundamentals and high integrity to build a clean financial foundation from day one. This is a hands-on role focused on accounting discipline, reporting, controls, and investor readiness—built for long-term durability.

Responsibilities

• Establish core finance operations: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash management
• Implement strong accounting practices and monthly close discipline (GAAP-aligned)
• Build scalable processes, policies, and internal controls appropriate for growth
• Support fundraising and investor reporting with clear, accurate financial information
• Coordinate with external accounting, tax, and legal partners as needed
• Prepare the company for audit readiness over time

Qualifications

• Background in accounting/finance; CPA a plus
• Experience building finance systems and reporting in early-stage or high-growth environments
• Strong understanding of GAAP, controls, and operational finance
• Excellent judgment, accuracy, and integrity
